In large institutions like KTTC, dealing with students’ academic issues can be very challenging. For this reason, the College has a unique system of linkage between the students and the lecturers. Each class appoints a class representative to act as the go-between the students and the staff. The Class Reps. are charged with the responsibility of ensuring that academic programs for their respective classes run smoothly. In case a class has complaints about an academic issue, the Class Rep is expected to go and see the respective lecturer or head of department. The Class Reps also ensure that assignments given are collected and forwarded to the concerned lecturers.
