Mr. Ali Hassan, Registrar The registry is one of the administrative units of the college and its main responsibility is to manage academic programmes and the non-teaching staff.

The departments handles various task such as the enrollments of students and recruitments of support staff, preparations of master timetables for academic departments, dissemination of information, processing/issuing of academic reports, among other things.

The registry also manages records for all students in the academic programmes and all the administrative staff.
